Incline Community Directory

People and connections we’re building as we settle into Incline Village — neighbors, LTS school families, and local contacts. Modeled on the querystory-sales-kit event-profile pattern: one markdown file per person/household in people/ (verbatim captures + hooks), people.json as the searchable index, units.csv for the Ski Way Villas ownership map, raw county parcel data in data/.

Conventions

• One file per person or household: people/<slug>.md with a metadata header (captured date, sources, confidence) and a Networking hooks section
• Confidence labels: confirmed / likely / uncertain / not found / pending — never present a guess as fact
• Public professional footprint only (county records, LinkedIn, business registries) — nothing a neighbor would find creepy
• After meeting someone in person, update their file (that beats anything scraped)
• groups: ski-way-villas (the complex), lts-school (school families/staff), landlord, more as needed (ivgid, town, etc.)

Data sources

• Washoe County assessor CAMA API (public): POST https://www.washoecounty.gov/assessor/cama/search.php?command=search_gsa with {"search_term":"<addr or APN prefix>","noclosed":true,"sonly":"all","download":false} → then ?command=get_parcel with {"parcel_id":"<internal pid>"} for full detail. Raw pulls archived in data/.
